SALTFISH FREEDIVING

Saltfish Freediving Ibiza is a school dedicated to teaching and promoting Freediving around the island of Ibiza. With its easily accessible coastline the island has a great many locations for all levels of Freedivers. Here you can learn the pure basics of Freediving through to the certification system under AIDA. We also provide personalised training sessions focusing on specific skills from the proficient to the expert Freediver.

Ibiza also has a wide range of spectacular underwater locations in some of the island’s most iconic places. Here we offer a view of Ibiza many visitors do not get to see. Excursions are available to all of these sites with our instructor who has years of experience on the island and from beginner to advanced there is something for everyone to enjoy.

With its warm temperate climate Freediving can be practiced over a large portion of the year. In summer water temperatures are from 23-29 degrees Celsius, while spring and Autumn Ibiza’s mild seasons still provide clear calm waters right into December.

With over 25 years experience living and working in Ibiza our aim is to highlight the spectacular nature which the island has to offer and share some of the local knowledge and experience that our time on this incredible island has given us.
